We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 8–14 days from dispatch. Orders ship from our overseas fulfilment partner. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping date. You may either accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing are outside our control, though we will always help you track down a late parcel.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Customs and duties
Any customs duties or import charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
